Hakim Ziyech Scores Brace in Galatasaray's Thrilling Draw with Manchester United

Moroccan footballer Hakim Ziyech delivered a stellar performance, scoring two goals from set pieces and providing an assist during Galatasaray's match against English side Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League group stage.

Ziyech's first goal came in the 29th minute, as he expertly placed the ball to the right of Manchester United's goalkeeper, Andre Onana, narrowing the scoreline after United had taken an early lead with goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes in the 11th and 18th minutes, respectively.

Manchester United extended their lead with a third goal from Scottish midfielder Scott McTominay in the 55th minute. However, Ziyech once again showcased his prowess, scoring his second goal with a stunning long-range shot that beat Onana in the 62nd minute, bringing Galatasaray level.

In the 71st minute, Ziyech turned provider, delivering a crucial assist to his Turkish teammate Kerem Akturkoglu, who found the back of the net with a powerful strike, securing a 3-3 draw for Galatasaray.

This result sees Galatasaray move to 5 points, occupying the second spot in the group, just one point behind Manchester United. The first leg between the two teams ended in a 3-2 victory for Galatasaray at Old Trafford.Ziyech's exceptional performance and crucial contributions have been instrumental in Galatasaray's Champions League campaign, and his ability to deliver in high-stakes matches has further solidified his status as a key player for the Turkish side.
